Where can I buy Luxial products?
Luxial is available directly from our headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. Sold and installed only through our approved partners, you can contact us for more detailed information.
Where is the Luxial system manufactured?
Luxial is produced in our factory located in Tekirdağ, Turkey. We supply the extrusion profiles from our parent company, SARAY, and manufacture the profiles and components ourselves.
How much does the Luxial system cost?
Each project created using the Luxial product portfolio is made to order. It is therefore impossible to provide an average price. The cost per square meter depends on many factors such as the system chosen, size, configuration, country and other requirements.
Who can install Luxial?
Installation requires basic technical knowledge such as general pergola, window or door installation experience. Our supervisors provide support when needed. Luxurious systems designed to be easily installed to save time and money.
What is the production lead time?
Production time is usually 2 weeks. This depends on shipping to required country, installation or partners’ own conditions etc. It does not include the time spent on it.
Has the Luxial system been tested?
Yes, the Luxial system has been thoroughly tested to ensure it meets the strictest standards such as hurricane conditions. Each product has its own technical characteristics.
Is the Luxial system weatherproof?
Yes, Luxial is designed and built to withstand a wide variety of climatic conditions: mountains, coast, adverse weather conditions, hurricanes, etc.
